Remote support

Technical support problems are solved more quickly when we are on-site but this is often an impractical and costly solution. Our remote control support software is the next best thing. It allows us to take over your PC from our office. If you are having a problem that relates to one of our services, download the software below, follow the instructions and then give us a call.

  1. Click the following link Support.exe

  2. You will be presented with a screen similar to the following

    click on the Run button

  3. The software will be downloaded but you may be presented with another window such as the following:

    If this window is displayed, click the Run button.

  4. The software will now be running and you will see a screen similar to the following:


  5. Phone us on (02) 9808-2855 to check if we have time to solve your problem. We need to start some software on our office PC before we can connect to your computer.

  6. When we tell you to do so, double click on the Internet support text. If all goes well, we will then be able to see and interact with your computer.


  7. When we have finished, we will close the connection. At this point, we can no longer get access to
    your computer.

What went wrong?

The software should work in most situations - even if you use a firewall.

  • If you were unable to download the file, your firewall may be blocking .exe files. Try downloading this zip version, extract the .exe file and then run it.
  • Your system administrator may have prevented you from running .exe files

Do I have to come to this page each time I wish to use the software?
No. You're welcome to save it to your computer and run it whenever you have a problem. We can only look at your computer when you run the software so it's quite safe to leave it somewhere on your hard drive.
